Shipping

It's important note that nationwide demands on shipping services means potential delays - but don't fret. We will work to get your items in your hands as fast as possible. 

We use shipping providers Sendle and Australia Post for deliveries, meaning we can offer trackable delivery throughout Australia. A tracking number will be sent to the email entered at checkout. 

We aim to post out orders within 2 business days, however your goodies are usually dispatched within 24 hours.

Returns/Exchanges 

We encourage you to sit and meditate on your purchase before hitting buy, as we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind.

Should there be any issue with your order, such as breakages, faults or receiving the wrong item, please contact hello@radicalself.com.au and we will help replace, repair or refund your item. 

Packaging

We're working with Heaps Good, a fellow Aussie small business for our eco-mailers. 

The eco-mailers are:

• Plastic free
• Plant Based
• Fully Biodegradable
• Certified Home and Commercially Compostable (remove stickers first)

Additionally, we use their bubble wrap alternative - hex wrap, which is also fully compostable and recyclable. 

Our Thank You postcards are recycled and compostable too!
